This notice explains what information Resonant AI Ltd collects when you visit this site or contact us, why, and for how long.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data or cross-site identifiers, and reports only aggregated, anonymised statistics such as page views, referrers and approximate location at country level.
In addition to standard page views, we record a small number of anonymous interaction events (for example, opening a project link, or a contact form being started, submitted successfully, or failing to submit). These events never include your name, email address or message content.
Because no cookies or persistent identifiers are used, there is nothing to individually opt out of. If you would prefer not to be counted in aggregate statistics at all, you can block the analytics script using a browser extension or content blocker — the rest of the site will continue to work normally.
When you submit the contact form, Resonant AI processes your name, email address and message in order to respond to your enquiry and manage any subsequent correspondence. Contact submissions are not used for advertising and are not sold or passed to third parties.
Submissions are sent by email to our inbox at the point of submission; they are not written to a database. Submissions are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted from our mailbox once no longer needed.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@resonantai.uk.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how it is processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
